What can I say. This is me! (And my beautiful wife) I am who you deal with. Not a corporation. Not a manager. Not a sales person. Just Ladd.

I am in my early 50s and a semi-retired software engineer. My degree is in Accounting. Did that for a few years with a CPA firm. Then I became a self-taught Software Engineer. I spent a few years with Accenture and then about 9 years with ING until the market crash of 2008. After the crash I taught myself iOS application development and have done that for the last 13 years as an independent contractor. Photography was a hobby for many years but has been a serious pursuit for the last several. I also grew up flying unmanned aircraft for decades. So combining them is just natural to me.

Two of the most important things I have learned in the past are customer satisfaction. And constantly staying cutting edge on technology and techniques. I am always trying to strengthen my knowledge in the field I am engaged in.
